It might seem impossible for you to quit your favorite food that has not only spoilt your taste buds, but your eating habits as well. Why I am emphasizing on burning all those unhealthy calories is that I myself have gone through the experience of being overweight and the problems associated with it. Trust me, it’s never good to be an obese person; your over sized clothes, your bloating stomach and lowstamina will make you feel awkward at every step of life.
So why not gear up with the best diet plan for 2011, which I have designed myself, using which I had lost 60 pounds in just less than three months. I have named it “Eating Healthy Plan” because of its effectiveness and calorie burning capacity, giving you a new schedule that is more active, healthy and energetic, unlike your previous high calorie diet routine. A diet plan is only effective if it is followed regularly with dedication. You can’t achieve anything without dedication, since you need the passion to get the things going. Hence, to have a fit and healthy body, you need to really work with dedication.
Diet plans basically divert your eating habits towards a healthy and nutritious food lifestyle, which is required to give your body the amount of energy to perform your duties more effectively. In the beginning, it might feel quite a different and lethargic experience for you to follow a diet chart, but gradually, you will get accustomed to it. On the other hand, this really doesn’t mean that you have to consume according to the diet plan all your life. It’s just that once you have achieved a healthy lifestyle and a body in shape, you have to then maintain your diet according to it. You can eat what you like, keeping in my mind the daily calories need for your body. Again, I would say that to shape up your body and a fit lifestyle, you need dedication to yourself, just as you might be dedicated to your career or family.
Coming back to the my “Eating Healthy Plan” for 2011, you need to take 6 days of a week, and for each day, you would be require to consume 1 gallon of water i.e., 6 gallons of water consumption for 6 days. If you are ready for this routine, then this is the diet plan for you. Drinking water is probably the best way to make a diet plan effective for weight loss, since water purifies all the impurities existing in our body. So get used to having a lot of water everyday to follow this diet plan for best results.
